Honestly, words fail me... but I will try to express how much I love this story (or series of stories).
First, I love that we get to watch how, even in different fictons, the irresistible pull is there. Sometimes healthy, sometimes not, but always INTENSE.
And then I love how IC you keep the boys, even as you torque their lives into wildly different configurations.
I LOVE the dialog, the simplicity carrying a heavy freight of emotion, often in the most subtle gestures and words, beautiful.
I LOVE Cook as an over-protective Dad of a cutely manipulative sweetie, and Archie as a kindergarten teacher? Epic Win!
Oh, and the last story... Cook asking if Archie rang for a translator, why he knew Sign... the connection, each small moment drawing them closer and closer.
